Soft-served ice cream a.k.a. 'Softcream' is a swirl looking ice cream that is very popular in Japan. At shiiba, we offer three regular flavors: fresh vanilla, Tankan, and mixed.

屋久島特産のたんかん果汁を練りこんだ、shiibaオリジナルのソフトクリームです。
爽やかな香りと滑らかな舌触りが自慢です。

'Tankan' is a kind of locally-cultivated navel orange, known for its rich taste and aroma. We use fresh Tankan juice to make this special soft ice cream available only on the island.
